She is the co-founder and Chief Financial Officer of the Ethiopian Nurses Association in North America (ENANA). She is also a member of the Association for Professionals in Infection Control and Epidemiology (APIC). Besides her dedication to her profession, Degie strongly believes in promoting community health through education and outreach to tackle health disparity.

Yewunetu is ENANA's Operations Officer with extensive experience in clinical and public health nursing. His background spans from an associate's degree in Public Health Nursing to a Ph.D. in Public Health focusing on Epidemiology. Yewunetu has held various roles, including lecturer and administrative positions at the University of Gondar. His commitment to patient safety is evident through his advocacy and participation in courses on Patient Safety and Quality Improvement at institutions such as Johns Hopkins University, alongside continuing education endeavors aimed at fostering a safety culture in healthcare environments.

Meron's role is to develop and execute media outreach, press releases, and events. Manages social media accounts, and leads Team of officers in developing social media strategies to increase awareness and engagement. Writes and edits content for social media and other communication channels.

Meseret Belay is a registered nurse, worked at Virginia Hospital Center on a medical surgical department for 2 years, currently working for Virginia Cancer Specialist as a chemo Infusion nurse. Mesert joined the Ethiopian Nurses Association in North America (ENANA) 2023. Currently serving as public relation officer, plays a role in promoting events, social media advertising and fundraising committee. Mesert is working on becoming an Oncology Certified Nurse (ONC).

Azeb now works in the Cardiac Catheterization unit at a major hospital in Washington DC. She serves as International Liaison Officer for Ethiopian Nurses Association in North America (ENANA). Azeb is also a Health Care Ambassador for TASFA a Non-profit organization, and working on completing her Family Nurse practitioner training soon

She is responsible for building partnerships and relationships with the community, implementing outreach and educational programs, and liaison between ENANA and the local administrative agencies serving the local communities.
